Non-resident Indian (NRI) students can now take admission in B Arch, MCA and MBA courses in colleges affiliated in Madhya Pradesh (MP) as the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), MP has started accepting applications for NRI students.
Any NRI student can apply for any technical-related courses by registering through DTE’s official website dte.mponline.gov.in. To register for a course of your choice:
- Visit https://dte.mponline.gov.in/
- Click on ‘select course for counselling.’
- Then sign in or sign up via typing user ID and Password, and submit.
- Tap on the provided link for Registration and Choice Option Filling and Locking
Notably, NRI candidates can choose to fill to lock preference to their choice of colleges. Choice Filling and College Locking are allowed only for the students who registered for DTE Madhya Pradesh Polytechnic admission 2021.
The deadline for applying online is September 6, 2021.
Registration Fee
- The Registration fee is Rs 5,100, including Portal Charges (non-refundable).
- You can make the payment through Net Banking/Debit card/Credit Card. You can also pay cash at Mponline Kiosk.
- Print out of payment receipt can only be obtained after the payment of the registration fee.
Document Verification and Seat Allotment
- Documents verification, allotment of the institution for B.Arch./M.B.A./M.C.A. courses will be conducted on September 9 at 11:30 am.
- “All NRI candidates have to come at Office of the Chairman Counselling Committee, Tagore Hostel Campus, Shyamla Hills, Bhopal for document verification, the admission notification mentioned.
- Candidates will be allotted Institute or branch as per the availability and their merit.
- Common Merit List for engineering Degree and Diploma admission has already been made live.
