The love song titled Mere Yaaraa from Sooryavanshi has been released. Directed by Rohit Shetty, Sooryavanshi features Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar in lead roles. The film is all set to hit the theatres on Diwali, November 5.
Akshay and Katrina are shown as a young couple in love. Romance blossoms between the characters of Akshay and Katrina, and soon, they have a pretty wedding. Katrina’s character gets pregnant, and the couple welcomes a son. The song ends with the family enjoying a picnic in the park.
Akshay plays a DSP who works with the anti-terrorism squad. Katrina will play Aditi, his wife, who is also a doctor. Apart from Akshay and Katrina, Sooryavanshi will also see Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn making special appearances in the movie.
The movie was originally scheduled for a release in March 2020. But it was rescheduled due to the first lockdown in the same month.
