Initially, Burak rose to fame by posting videos of him cooking Syrian and Turkish food, from traditional dishes to sandwiches, hamburgers and much more. He is also known for creating 40-inch kebabs. On Instagram, he has over 27 million followers and has reels that have been viewed over 100 million times.
The 27-year-old restaurateur owns the Hatay Civilizations Table chain of restaurants, which consists of four branches in Istanbul, Taksim, Aksaray, Etiler, and one in Dubai. Czn Burak has become an internet celebrity on platforms like Instagram and TikTok by preparing and presenting Turkish recipes while almost always smiling at the camera.

Having been born in Hatay, the junction point of many cultures and civilizations throughout history, I have been exposed to a variety of cuisines throughout my life. I have been fortunate enough to have inherited my grandfather’s talent as a kunefe master and my father’s expertise in operating Zaytindal Restaurant in Sisli, Istanbul. The first time I worked at my father’s restaurant was as a 13-year-old, he says

“Having over 1,000 employees across all our restaurants and other businesses, we are very involved. We host 3,000-5,000 guests every day, on average, at every branch of our restaurants,” said Burak.
Having become an irrevocable flavor destination for statesmen, politicians, famous artists, actors and athletes in a short period is truly a great accomplishment for the brand. This has led to its name being referred to in the media as the “Restaurant of Celebrities”. “Because of our success, we have received offers to open branches in other countries. We have decided to open branches in various parts of the world and in this endeavor, we plan to open our first branch in Dubai,” said Burak.
Having achieved such a huge fan following, CZN Burak is often seen presenting his customized bread to many celebrities such as former actress Sana Khan, Pakistani actress Hania Amer, Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi, Imran Abbas, and Momina Mustehsan. He also says that Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is a friend of his and that they met when he visited his restaurant in Dubai.
