The first song from Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, featuring Ayushmann Khurrana and Vaani Kapoor, is out and it happens to be the title track. The song is a revamped version of Jassi Sidhu’s hit Punjabi track with Sachin-Jigar. The song comes days after Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’s trailer was launched.
The over two-minute-long song has Ayushmann and Vaani flaunting their perfect dancing skills. Sharing the song, Ayushmann wrote on Instagram, “Bhangra 🤝 Aashiqui=Manu 🤝 Maanvi!”
The film, which is helmed by Abhishek Kapoor, also stars Leena Sharma, Ssumier Pasricha, Col. Ravi Sharma, Anav Dua, and Aarav Dua in supporting roles.
Bankrolled by T-Series in collaboration with Guy In The Sky Pictures, the film is set for a theatrical release on December 10, 2021.
Meanwhile, Ayushman Khurrana will be seen in Doctor G as well as Anubhav Sinha’s directorial Anek. On the other hand, Vaani, who was last seen in Akshay Kumar’s Bell Bottom, has Karan Malhotra’s Shamshera, alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt.
