Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge 5G and Xiaomi 11i 5G were launched in India on Thursday. Both smartphones from Xiaomi share the same list of specifications except the charging capabilities.
Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge 5G, India’s fastest charging smartphone, features 120W fast charging, while the regular Xiaomi 11i has 67W fast charging support. The new models will be available from 12 January 2021. Mi.com, Flipkart.com, Mi Home, Mi Studio, and authorized retail partners will offer the new model.
Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge 5G has been launched in two variants – 6GB + 128GB at Rs 26,999 and 8GB + 128GB at Rs 28,999. The model comes in four different colours – Pacific Pearl, Stealth Black, Camo Green and Purple Mist.
Xiaomi 11i series has a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front, an IR blaster, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and an IP53 rating for enhanced protection.
The model has a combination of innovations across the battery, charging circuit, and 120W charger that allows it to charge 100 per cent of the phone in just – 15 mins- the fastest charging smartphone in the country.
The model runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 Enhanced edition on top and features a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The display comes with a 360Hz touch sampling rate, 395ppi of pixel density, and up to 1,200 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, the phone has a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM.
Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge 5G has a triple rear camera setup with a 108MP primary Samsung HM2 sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. The Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge 5G also has a 16MP selfie camera sensor at the front with an f/2.45 lens for video calls and selfies.
