Expanding its 125 cc scooter options, TVS Motor Company has launched the new Jupiter 125 starting price at Rs 73,400. The highly anticipated model has joined the sportier NTorq 125. The new TVS Jupiter 125 is the quintessential family scooter, which has been developed from the ground up.

The 124.8 cc, air-cooled single-cylinder engine produces eight bhp and 10.5 Nm of torque. The new Jupiter’s engine is mated to an automatic CVT gearbox and gets the company’s intelliGO technology that switches off the vehicle when idling. You can choose between a drum or a disc brake variant with alloy wheels, which comes with TVS’ Synchronised Braking System (SBT).

It comes with an LED headlamp on top with the indicators incorporated into the front apron. It also has the same LED pattern for the taillight that is now wider and looks fantastic. As it comes with multiple variants, its top disc brake variant gets chrome inserts on the front apron, headlamp, side panels, and exhaust muffler. Besides, it also gets 33-litre under-seat storage, an external fuel-filler, a mobile charger, a semi-digital instrument cluster, telescopic front forks, a 3-step-adjustable rear shock, side stand indicator, and more.

The new Jupiter 125 comes with an all-metal body and is offered in vibrant colours: Orange, blue and grey. The company has priced the Drum variant at Rs 73,400 (ex-showroom), the Drum Alloy at Rs 76,800 (ex-showroom) and the Disc variant at Rs 81,300 (ex-showroom).
