It is an American breakfast, originated in New York. It consists of two halves of English muffins, topped with a poached egg, Canadian bacon, and a hollandaise sauce. Firstly, boil water with salt and add some vinegar to it and then stir the boiling water. Crack eggs into a bowl and add them to the boiled water. Cook for about three minutes and with a spoon remove them into a plate and then the poached egg will be ready. Then, cook bacon and toast the muffins. Make Hollandaise sauce by melting the butter and adding them in the blended combination of egg yolk, lemon juice, salt, mustard and pepper. Run the blender after adding butter. Later place the muffins on serving plates with the Canadian bacon on top. Place the poached egg above the Canadian bacon and pour some Hollandaise over it.

Originated in Portuguese, this is a perfect evening treat. It takes approximately 40-50 minutes of cooking time. Ingredients include eggs, plain flour, almonds, nutmeg, milk, and sugar. Mix plain flour, ground almonds, chilled unsalted butter and rub them together until it resembles bread crumbs. Then, stir them in the sugar and add eggs to the mixture. Mix them until it forms a soft dough. Arrange the dough in the form of a disc and wrap them in cling film. Refrigerate them for at least thirty minutes. While boiling milk, stir and mix it into a blended mixture of egg yolk and caster sugar and then sieve them into a jug. Take back the dough from the refrigerator and roll out the dough. Cut them out into small discs. Line them in the muffin tray and add the custard filling. Bake it and cool them off.
